List Your Property On Tenant.com for FREE!!!
|
Before you can start adding your listings you must first register. To do this you click on the sign-up / register link at the top of the screen.
After registering you will need to login to begin adding listings. You will also need to login if you ever need to change rates, information, pictures etc.
Enter the username and password you chose during registration and then click the "Login" button.
You will then be asked to select the Property Type, either Residential or Commercial. Once making your selection you will then be asked to choose what kind of listing it is ie: 3 Bedroom House, Condo, Duplex, apartment etc. Then enter the zipcode for your property and click on "Go To Next Step".
NOTE: If your listing is a yearly rental then enter the price per month and the price per year in the appropriate fields. If your listing is a weekly or seasonal rental then enter your lowest and highest rate in their appropriate fields. When done, click on the "Submit" button below the form. If you entered the property as a yearly rental than your next step will be to upload any images of the property if you have some. If you entered the property as a weekly rental than your next step will be to manage your rates.
When you are done, click on the submit button below to go to the final step of uploading your images.
Now you will be able to upload any pictures that you have of the property. You can skip this step and comeback to it later or you can choose to ignore it all together, however, properties without pictures don't attract as much interest as those that do, so keep that in mind. To do this later you will want to login and then click "Manage My Listings" from the options on the left of the screen and finally by clicking on "Add or Delete Images".
